36氪获悉，雅诗兰黛集团已达成协议，收购印度阿育吠陀美容品牌Forest Essentials剩余51%股份，交易预计于2026年下半年完成，具体金额未披露。据了解，双方合作始于2008年，当时雅诗兰黛首次进行少数股权投资，并于2020年将持股比例提升至49%。完成收购后，该品牌将全面纳入集团体系。
